If a charge has a percentage discount applied to it, by default the discount amount will update automatically when the charge is updated.

To disable this functionality:

1. Go to System > System Preferences
   
   
2. Click the Charges tab
3. Tick the box next to Disable re-calculating discounts on Charge edit
