You can edit existing pre-set task lists in Equinox.

Note: Any changes made to a pre-set will affect future tasks that are added to the system. Any existing tasks will not be updated. 

To edit an existing pre-set task list:

  1. Go to System > Pre-set Tasks  

  2. Find the pre-set you want to edit

  3. Click on the Pre-set Name

  4. This takes you to the Pre-set Tasks - edit screen. This screen contains the following information:

    InformationDescription
    DetailsThis displays the pre-set settings e.g. which cases the pre-set is designed for, the date that triggers the pre-set and pre-set name.
    DatesThis displays any Custom Dates that are created to calculate deadlines of tasks in the pre-set.
    TasksThis lists all tasks that are included in the pre-set. Click ‘Edit’ next to a task to view and amend the task information.
  5. Click the Edit button next to the name of the task you want to edit 

  6. This opens up the Task Details box
     

  7. Make any edits you need to make

  8. Click Update to save any changes
