The Email Inline and Email Attach PDF options are only available in word.

Email Inline
This option copies the content of the document into the body of a new draft email in Outlook.
 

Email Attach PDF (Word only)

This option converts the document into a PDF, and attaches it to a new draft email in Outlook.
