This option in the plugin ribbon allows you to save a copy of the document locally to your computer, rather than to Equinox. If you use this option, any links to the document on Equinox will be lost – meaning if you had downloaded it from Equinox and then saved locally, you would no longer to be able to use the plugin to save this document to Equinox as a new version on an existing document entry.
