This article outlines how to customise and setup additional email addresses to be used when emails are generated/sent via the Smart Templates functionality.


When generating emails via Smart Templates, by default the 'Send From' email address will be the email address you use to log into your Equinox account. However, some users may need to send emails from a different email address or shared email accounts.


To set up additional 'Send From' emails:


  1. Go to System > User Preferences
  2. Click on 'Email'
  3. Type each email address you will need to use in the 'Send From Addresses' box
    Note: Each email address must be on a separate line
  4. Choose if you want to change your default email address (optional)
  5. Click 'Update' to save



When you generate emails from Smart Correspondence tasks, the Send From list will allow you to select one of your Send From emails.
