Correspondence contacts are managed from the Correspondence tab within the Address Book Organisation. It is not possible to remove a Correspondence Contact from the Contacts tab of a case.
To delete a correspondence contact:
- Go to the Address Book
Shortcut: If you are viewing the Correspondence Contacts on the Contacts tab of a case, click the Organisation name to the left to jump to the Address Book. - Find and click on the Client Organisation name
- Click on the ‘Correspondence’ tab
- Click on the correspondence category (Correspondence, Billing, Renewal etc.)
- Click ‘Delete’ next to the contact name

This will remove the person as a contact for any cases that match the criteria set up for that Correspondence Contact.
The person will NOT be deleted from your Address Book.
Note: The Person would first need to be removed as a Key Contact from all cases. This can be done via the Edit Key Overrides button available on the contact details (in place of the Delete button) and updating the key contact details for each case. The Delete button is then available to remove the contact.
