The ‘Copy Document’ option enables users to save an individual document to another case or cases within Equinox.
To use this option:
- Go to the Documents tab of a case and click on the document
- Click ‘Copy Document’ in the left-hand menu
- Type the case code(s) the document needs to be copied to (the system will suggest codes that match what you enter)
- Click on a case code to add it to the ‘Selected Cases’ box
- Choose whether the document should be ‘Locked from client access’
- Click ‘Copy’
